How To Become A Born-Again Christian

The good news of the Gospel is simple. You and I violated God's moral law, Jesus paid the fine. Many people have heard "the Gospel" before but aren't exactly sure how it applies to them, or what to do with it. Keep reading to find out more.

Now there was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews; this man came to Jesus at night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You have come from God as a teacher; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.” Jesus responded and said to him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless someone is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

John 3:1-3

Nicodemus knew that there was more to faith than people had thought, so he went to Jesus to find out more. Here we see that Jesus says you must be born again to enter the Kingdom of God. This can be a scary passage to read, and if you're like many others, you might be fervently wondering how to be born again. Thankfully, the Bible makes it very clear for readers to understand how to do this!

They said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved...”

Acts 16:31

So there you have it. If you desire salvation from your sins and death, all you must do is transfer your trust from yourself to Jesus. That means that you stop depending on "being a good person" to make it to heaven, and you trust the righteousness given by Jesus. Pick up a Bible (or download one from your app store for free) and start reading. The Gospel of John is a great place to begin. Find a good Church in your community that preaches the Gospel clearly. Lastly, tell all your friends, family and new church community of the decision that you made to trust in Jesus as your personal savior!

This ministry exists to lead people from death to life, and to help people become born-again Christians. If you are struggling, or need help, prayer or guidance, please reach out to us!
